Shipping We can ship our products to the countries listed below and offer free shipping to most countries.



You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and another email after your order has been shipped. The second one contains tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. Depending on the contents of your order, your order may arrive in multiple packages.



Order processing may take 1-3 business days.
The time it takes to prepare the product for shipment from the warehouse. This includes preparing the product, performing quality inspections, and packaging it for shipment.

If you have not received your item after this period, you will be eligible for a full refund after a postal investigation.

Freight: Large panel kits must be shipped by freight and will take 5-14 business days to ship.
Note: The shipping times listed above refer to the estimated business days it will take to ship from the time your order ships. Business days exclude Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery time. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to force majeure such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, and other events beyond our direct control, such as holidays or customs issues.
A full refund cannot be given in the following cases.
1. Delays caused by Buyer providing inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
2. Delivery delays due to force majeure such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, etc.
3. Lost or stolen orders not covered by insurance.
4. Delivery delays due to other causes beyond ECO-WORHTY's control, such as holidays or customs issues.



Warranty and return policy
14-Day DOA Product Warranty If one or more of the items you receive is damaged, different, or does not work, you are protected by this warranty. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for return authorization. In the case of a replacement, ECO-WORTHY will arrange for the return of the defective unit and ship the replacement part within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the part. Items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for the defective on arrival policy. Items returned without the original packaging will not be accepted.


30-day no-reason return policy
Standard stock items purchased through ECO-WORTHY may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. You will receive a refund or credit to your account if the item is returned in its original packaging, in new, resalable condition, and with the original blank warranty card, manual, and all accessories. ECO-WORTHY will pay shipping costs for returns due to the following reasons: carrier damage, product defects, products that do not match the advertisement, you received the wrong product, or additional products that you did not order. Shipping costs for returns for other reasons are the responsibility of the customer. ECO-WORTHY requires at least 1-2 business days to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or credit.


Please note that ECO-WORTHY does not accept returned products that have been modified, as this will void the warranty terms. Any modified product received will be returned at the customer's expense.
